How to Maintain Men’s Health? Tips for Sexual Health and Healthy Sex

It is a well-known fact that men’s life expectancy is lower than women’s. This tendency is recorded in all countries of the world, regardless of cultural, religious and other differences. According to numerous social researches, one of the reasons for this fact is men’s attitude towards their own health. In general, men’s health is not as robust as women’s, though they are stronger physically. But women’s organism is much tougher, because they have to gestate pregnancy and then bear and feed babies. At the same time, 80 percent of doctors’ patients are women. Men don’t like visiting health specialists and can’t stand hospitals. Though this is a wrong approach.

Tip 1. Visit a doctor at least once a year. Even if you are healthy. Even if nothing bothers you. Keep in mind that prevention is the best treatment.

Sexual life is one of the most important aspects of men’s existence. Most women can perfectly live without sex. Women are more flexible, they can easily adapt to different life situations. They can easier replace sex with a hobby, or children raising up, or dancing, or anything else. Most men can’t feel good without sex. Dissatisfying sexual life can influence all aspects of their health and influence the life quality.

Tip 2. Have regular sex. Don’t believe the fairy-tales that men after their forties don’t need sex. On the contrary men can be sexually active at any age. Moreover, they can even have children at the age of 80.

Men are less particular in what they eat and drink than women. Most women today are trying to keep a certain diet in order to be slimmer. Men don’t care much about their good shape. They eat fast food and drink beer, which is destructive to health in general and sexual health in particular.

Tip 3. Reconsider your nutrition habits, though boring it may sound. Pizza and burgers may be delicious, but they will not add you sex appeal or sex power. And of course, they won’t make you healthier.

Men don’t like taking pills and hate making injections. But any health specialist can say for sure that almost any disease can be cured if the treatment is adequate and is conducted at an early stage. Moreover, most men are ashamed of their intimate problems, preferring self-medication, which often doesn’t give the desired effect.

Tip 4. Don’t be afraid to apply a sexologist or an urologist in case of any sexual function disorders. At least, buy tried and tested drugs, such as Viagra for the treatment of potency problems. It is a really effective medicine with minimum side effects, which improves sexual performance without any negative consequences.

One more problem of millions of modern men is lack of physical labour. Men have traditionally been a stronger sex, who had to work much and move much. Computers, cars and modern appliances have made our life too passive. And lack of activity is an enemy of a good health.

Tip 5. Be active. Any form of physical activity will do. Choose what you like most – swimming, jogging or tennis, and enjoy it, improving your sexual health.
